Dr. Emily Nesic is the visionary behind The DENTL Lounge, a thoughtfully designed dental practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a fresh take on what a dental visit can feel like. Her approach is centered on elevating the patient experience — combining advanced dentistry with clear, intentional communication and a calming, modern atmosphere that fosters trust and comfort.

Dr. Nesic earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with honors and developed a strong foundation in both restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), where she also serves on a professional committee. Her involvement with these organizations allows her to stay on the leading edge of continuing education, clinical advancements, and the advocacy that shapes the future of dentistry.

Her clinical approach is rooted in excellence, prevention, and aesthetics. Whether crafting a confident smile or addressing complex treatment needs, Dr. Nesic prioritizes patient education and individualized care plans that support lifelong oral health. Known for her gentle touch and meticulous eye, she is committed to helping every patient feel at ease while delivering results that are both beautiful and functional.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nesic finds her greatest joy in family life. She and her husband, Milan, are proud parents to their son, Luka, whose early days in the NICU have inspired her passion for supporting local NICU families and the dedicated nurses who care for them. This personal experience has shaped her commitment to community outreach and giving back through meaningful initiatives tied to her practice.

In her free time, Dr. Nesic enjoys cooking with her husband, discovering new restaurants, spending time on the lake, skiing, playing pickleball, and planning their next travel adventure. She brings that same passion and presence into her practice, creating a space where patients feel seen, respected, and cared for on every level.

Supporting our Menomonee Falls community

At The DENTL Lounge, our purpose goes beyond dentistry. Our own experience as a NICU family gave us a clear understanding of how vital support, education, and connection are for parents navigating the unexpected. It’s a perspective that continues to shape how we give back and care for our community.

That’s why we’re proud to support the March of Dimes NICU Family Support Program at Children’s Wisconsin, the only NICU in the state offering on-site resources, education, and emotional support for parents and caregivers.

With every new patient exam, a portion goes directly toward this program to help other families feel more prepared, less alone, and better supported during their baby’s hospital stay.
